35		In theory a list of instruments to be recorded shouldn't be needed as every instrument should be recorded. Due to political, planning, equipment and manpower limitations TSC is generally incapable of recording all instruments playing at any of its concerts.

Due to political, planning, equipment and manpower limitations TSC is generally incapable of recording all instruments playing at any of its concerts (doesn't matter if the concert is big or small, small concerts have proportionally less manpower and less preparation and so don't run any better than large concerts).
